JV Bike offers Quality Products at very Competitive Prices normally below the MSRP and never above the MSRP. The following are Our Price Policies that are strictly applied by our Sales Staff.
Effective Prices are set in the Point of Sale System (POS) and they are normally displayed on each product, and on the Web Site (jvbike.com). In a case of a discrepancy between the Web Site Price, the Product Tag Price, and the POS Price - the LOWEST Price will be honoured unless the discrepancy is because of a technical error, a typo, etc*.
*Examples:
1. The Web Site shows a product ‘X’ price at $125, the price tag for the same product displays $150, while the price in the POS is set to $135, the Customer will be charged $125.
2. The web site, or the price tag shows a product ‘X’ price at $15, while the actual price is $150 - this is an obvious technical error and the 'lowest price' cannot be honoured.
Our Prices are non-negotiable. Sales Staff is not allowed to offer any price different than the Current / Effective Price as explained in the Paragraph 1.
The Store Manager and the Acting Store Manager can in rare circumstances negotiate the Price at their discretion.
Any negotiated price voids all JV Bike Standard Return Policies and Warranty Policies. This means that all items sold below the Effective Price are the Final Sale and there is no JV Bike warranty in Effect (E.g., Free Tune-ups for Life for a new bike)
The Negotiated Price is in Effect only on the Day of Purchase and it CANNOT be promised for a later day.
We will match the Price with any other real, ‘brick and mortar’ Independent Bicycle Store in Canada. The product has to be exactly the same one, not a different colour, size, model year, etc. The matched price will be treated as the Effective Price and all the policies and warranties will be applicable. The Price match does not apply to any of final, non-return policy sales from other stores – for example ‘final clearance sale’, ‘going out of business sale’, etc.
