Placing an Order:

These are the ways to place your order if you cannot come to our Vancouver Store, but you still would like to get some of the fine products we carry :
- email
- phone
- fax
- standard mail

We can ship almost all of our products.  The only exceptions are adult tricycles and some recumbent bicycles and tricycles, particularly if electrified.

Orders MUST be for at Least $50.00 before taxes.

The order has to be paid in full before it can be shipped.  Please get confirmation for the total price including the shipping price before submitting your payment.

ALL OUR PRICES ARE IN CANADIAN DOLLARS (CAD)

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL INFORMATION INCLUDING PRICING CAN BE CHANGED AT ANY TIME WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE.  FOR THAT REASON ALWAYS CONFIRM SPECS AND PRICES WITH OUR STAFF AT THE STORE.

 Paying for your Order:

• Interac email Money Transfer.  If you are not familiar please ask us for details.
   

• Bank Draft from a Canadian bank, or a Western Union Money Transfer, all of them in Canadian Currency only.
   

• Wire transfer to our bank account -- ONLY for orders of $1000 CAD or more.  Please ask for account details.  Please note that you need to add $30.00 (CAD) to the total amount or the transfer will be automatically rejected by the Canadian Bank.
   

• Credit Card Payment via PayPal.  PayPal CONFIRMED Customers ONLY.  To proceed with your payment via Credit Card or a PayPal account please click on the "Pay Now" button:

Please read our Return and Exchange Policy listed on the 'Policies' page before ordering.  We are committed to 100% Customer Satisfaction, and we will do our best to make you happy even if for some reason you change your mind, or you are not exactly satisfied with the product you just bought from us, or whatever the reason is and you want to return the product.  All the details are listed on the 'Policies' page.  Please note that the shipping cost is unfortunately not refundable.
